GENERAL INFORMATION ON THE AREA TO BE SETTLED
Noval Machine recommends the receiver to prepare a solid concrete floor (the machine can withstand vibrator impact) to make the machine work more efficiently.

The buyer should prepare the reinforced concrete infrastructure of the area where the factory is going to settled. Noval Machine prepares a detailed measurement plans for the area where the infrastructure will be settled. Concrete quality, static calculations and strength checks of the concrete structure must prepared by the buyer to be carefully calculated by the civil engineers.

The electrical installation up to the factory control panel belongs to the buyer. It is necessary to bring water for mixers and air compressor unit for machine. In addition, as the machine presses the products into concrete by moving, the mobile power supply cable belongs to the buyer.

In order to start the installation, cement, aggregate ( material) , water, concrete suitable for the concrete project, at least 1000 lt. capacity compressed air compressor, forklift, bucket, telescopic crane with a lifting capacity of at least 20 tons, electrical and distributor electrical panel operators will be ready to operate the equipment.

During the installation, the personnel assigned by the seller to work safety and worker health environment in accordance with the rules (grounded and insulated electrical and electrical materials, safe and appropriate hand tools and machines, safe scaffolding and platforms, etc.) and work safety equipment (hard hat, steel toe) and rubber soles that do not transmit soles, safety belts suitable for working in high places, etc.) and to supervise the works performed in this assembly in terms of occupational health and safety and to eliminate the problems as soon as possible.
