Washing Screw
Screw
scrubbers are used to wash the thin material
and to remove the unwanted materials and
then to dewater. The washed material
collapses onto the base and is drained from
the discharge chute by dragging by spiral
spiral leaves, the water is taken out of its
own channels. The spiral leaves are
protected against abrasion by
interchangeable plastic liners. Washing
spirals are manufactured as single and
double in various diameters and lengths.
This type of screw scrubbers operate with
chain-gear transmission.
