Vibrating
Screens
The sieves, which
are one of the most important parts of the
crushing and screening plant, are divided
into two groups as fixed and mobile sieves.
The choice of sieves is made according to
the capacity of the material to be
eliminated, the humidity and whether it is
washed or not. The sieves are separated into
the primary crusher, secondary crusher,
vertical shaft crusher and mobile crushers.
Vibrating screens are used in a crushing and
screening plant to separate end products of
various sizes. When the material is handled,
the vibrations obtained by the vibration
system move through the sieve surface while
the smallest sieve size passes through the
sieve surface. Vibrating screens are
manufactured in two, three and four layers
and in various sizes and capacities. The
vibration system may be in the middle of the
screen body or above. With the rotation of
the eccentric weights attached to the shaft
mounted to the vibration sieve body, the
vibration systems of these vibrating screens
operate with an electric motor and belt-pulley
transmission.
